Its cold here in Buckinghamshire / England and Max (my Cat) only went out in my garden for a couple of hours

Tonight looks a bit wet in my part of the world but I dont mind (only tonight to work then I have two nights off )

We now have snow on the ground here in my part of England .. Max has had a sniff at it (its the first time he has seen it)

We have lots of snow now .. and Max is not to keen on it

Its still quite cool here but Max can go out in the garden when he wakes up (he had a busy night playing with my feet in bed)

I live in the Bavarians mountains and it (the weather) changes here quicker than a man can change his underwear!. This morning it was minus 8° and now it is plus 7°!.

Yikes!!! That's really drastic change! Tough on arthritis sufferers. But I bet it's beautiful there in the mountains.
Our temps are just plain cold and staying there....and snow.....and ice. Spring had better get here soon as this winter has broken every record for cold and snow. Very depressing..

Cold this a.m. Heavy rain due this pm with wind. Eldest told me yesterday that we can expect lows of minus 5 degrees Celsius on Monday!!!

Well all I know is winter is over. I'm in southeastern PA near Amish country. Let me tell you, the temperature has been below 0 F about 5 or 6 times this winter. As low as -6F (-21C). Celsius is not good psychologically. I'm glad here in the US we use Fahrenheit.

All that behind us now though. I saw the first sign of spring today. Skunk cabbage sprouts.

It is not a warm day to day. Last night we got 10 cm snow, but it has almost smelted away now. It is getting warmer and sunnier towards weekend. This Jaarlenpolku's weather station is only few hundred meters away from our house.
