can't access data on hard drive.

hello guys. i am new on linux infact its my first day.))
i installed zorin 9 (64bit) on hard disk on drive c: now i can not access the data on other drives.(( is there any way to access the data i had in windows drive D:..... PLZ HELP.

OK, can you please tell us how you had your Windows Box configured before putting Zorin on? In the meantime, please launch Zorin, then launch 'GParted' (Partition Editor) and take a screenshot of your partition layout that appears after launch and post back here.

If you only have one drive then it would appear you have overwritten your entire drive! :(

I would run 'Test Disk' to see if you can get back to the way things were.

i opened the link you provided but test disk is such a big software.. and i don't know which file supported in zorin OS.
