No boot from live disc or usb

Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Q5030 Mini PC, OS installed Windows 7 Pro on 250Gb HDD with a single partition, 4Gb RAM, Intel Core 2 duo processor, on board graphics.
I have repeatedly tried to boot Zorin 9 in live disc mode using both DVD Rom and USB but the installation hangs in both instances and I am unable to see the Zorin desktop.
I have had no such problem on my other PC and a laptop. Is this something peculiar to the Fujitsu machine which is causing the problem? It was previously a business machine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I suspect it is your graphics chipset that is at issue:

and if you look here:

and scroll down, it is rather telling that support jumps from HD 4400 to HD 4600 with no mention of 4500! :(

I agree this could be a graphics issue or it could also be something with the machine itself, if I reading this right it is not even bringing up the live user it could also be software related meaning that there could be a corrupted file. Try making a new os 9 live disk and trying that because that could solve it. Seeing how Linux has drivers that should be able to support your video card without a issue, another way to tell if it is software related or hardware try booting another distro of linux if that works then it is more then likely a software issue.

Thank you. I will try making another live disc with a fresh download of Zorin 9. I have been able to boot into live mood via USB with Zorin 9 lite on the machine if that is of any value or assistance. I have also tried to boot into live mode Zorin 10 with similar results as Z9. The cursor shows up and I can right click on the desktop and obtain the drop down window but there is no menu bar showing up at the bottom and nothing elsewhere. A similar result with Linux Mint 17 where the icon moves to the side of the screen in initial boot and eventually the LM splash screen shows but can get no further. No idea where to go next. Incidentally, these discs and USB keys work on two Windows 10 machines, a desktop and a laptop.

That means that something isnt playing friendly with your machine if lite is working try using that instead.

Ok, when you boot 9 Core - do you get to see a screen with an icon of a human = keyboard? If you do, hit space bar - it should jump to language screen - automatically starts with English as default - press Esc key and then press F3 to select keyboard locale - then F6 to try additional boot options - see my dual-boot video on vimeo.com for more details:
