You will need gnome-tweak-tool present - in fact to save yourself time looking at my post install bits you can install most of the missing software that really should have been present by opening a Terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T or Menu | Utilities | Terminal) and enter:

sudo apt-get install gnome
This will install gnome-tweak-tool, dconf-tools, dconf-editor etc in one fell swoop and a few other things too.
Then open 'Tweak Tool' under Preferences in the Menu and click on Extensions in the left pane - scroll down to the bottom of the new right-hand pane to get more extensions and choose this one:
