Hi,

I isntalled Zorin 12 lite 32 bit on my pc which is 11 years old. I ran the live CD, the resolution 1024x768 came up by default. When I installed the OS on my HDD the reolution changed to 640x480.
Even in the display settings--> Resolution drop down, I just see one entry 640x480 and nothing else. The display is shown as 'Default'. Please check the attached screenshot.

Please help me switch over to 1024x768
Here's the output of the command xrandr (if it helps to identify the issue):

$ xrandr
xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, current 640 x 480, maximum 640 x 480
default connected 640x480+0+0 0mm x 0mm
640x480 73.00*
