first time linux user/ installer

hey guys. i have a dell latitude e4200 5 gb ddr3 1.6 intel core 2 duo with onboard graphics and a 128 gb ssd. im trying t install zorin 8.1 core 64 bit version and ill run the install from live system and it will install fine untill the boot manager type thing. any help would be greatly appreciated

When you boot in live mode, press the Tab key to enter the boot command line and add:

Code:: nomodeset, acpi=off

umm not to sure what you mean. this is the sequence i follow but please correct me if im wrong here. sorry but the pics are out of order but this is how i think im supposed to get the the command line.

OK, having seen your screenshots, see what happens if you select, 'Start in safe graphics mode'
