Hello,
I am new here. I have Lubuntu 8 (Zorin) and want to go to a webinar tomorrow night using http://anymeeting.com, but it says I need flash player 12 or higher. I only see 11.2 in the updates. How do I download 12?

Two bits of bad news I'm afraid - Adobe refused to support GNU/Linux beyond 11.2! The other bad news is that Zorin 8 is end of life - you should be using Zorin 6 or Zorin 9 - both LTS.

In the meantime, try installing Opera 12.16 and on its extensions, search for 'flash' and select appropriate add-ons that are returned - be sure to search for more than just the ones it returns. ;)
