CPU Fan

Hello i need some help,
since i ´ve installed Zorin os 9 on my laptop HP-625 the CPU Fan only spins when the laptop is plugged with AC Adaptor.
With Battery the CPU Temperature increase up to 95°C :oops: an then the Fan spins very fast, until CPU Temperatur decrease at 85°, always working on this cycle.
With Zorin os 8 the Fan has always worked properly.
