When I boot each morning I get two dialog boxes that say "System program problem detected. Do you want to report the problem?"

How to I diagnose what the problems are, and fix them?

Hi. I'm a complete beginner. I'm getting this error message since recent updates. When I type in the suggested text I get "rm: cannot remove '/var/crash/*': No such file or directory". Any advice on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
