i would like to know why i got this error, any suggestions?

You will always get an update error as it is not an official Ubuntu/GNU/Linux package and also proprietary software not Open Source; one of the pre-requisites to gain entry in the repository I suspect.

Yes - I am not overly worried - I still use Opera 12.160 I think (replying from that other OS!) so don't fret about it.
