Hi, I am running Zorin 12.2 and it's awesome, thank you. I have Main Menu installed which will allow me to add or remove items from the various menus, but I want to know if there is a way I can re-arrange items in the menus, Favorites in particular.

start with 'software' in your menu and find....
your can alter all settings according your logic

You could make a new 'Favo(u)rites' Menu and add app shortcuts that way? Alternatively you could install the Gnome Shell Extension GnoMenu which gives you a similar layout to Windows 10 with Favourites as icons on the right?
