FYI. I have now tried downloading the manual off Box using IE11, Edge, Opera and FF browsers on Windows 10 machine. The blue line never gets fully to the right on any. I have not attempted to create a Box account to see if that gets it done.
I have had a look at reviews of some multi-platform alternatives to Box. Whilst I have not used it myself (yet), but pCloud seems to get fair reviews and may be worth a look. Note you have to log in every 6months if only using the free quota (10Gb) version.

Hi zabadabadoo, thanks for the suggestion. I will bear that in mind (pcloud). Just going to try the download with Rise VPN which has got round another issue I've been having lately (as has a Teacher at work). When trying to access a YouTube video a warning message comes up (You need a G Suite Account to view that video - even using Tor Browser!) - well not with Rise you don't! Will report back in a while.

Well Box are clearly are lying! If I login to my account (currently using latest Firefox 73 64-bit I can download anything I want IN LINUX! Time for me to check out pCloud methinks!

Yay! indeed. Download of manual from pCloud works fine FF73+Win10, also FF73+Zorin15Core.
pCloud would like you to create a free account but can be easily bypassed reading the small print. See screenshot.

Yes it looks like pcloud is the current way forward. Am in process of downloading all my files from Box.com. Will just use pCloud for essential Zorin stuff. Recovering stuff before they start charging. pCloud's allocation now down to 5 Gb of free space.

Umm... It says resolved, yet the download link doesn't download the manual -- as it seems it would, looking at the link --, but goes to this page: 360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support.htm
I am currently still on Win7, so the references to what documents one can and cannot download on linux (didn't realize there were differences!) don't apply to me.
Is there a manual? When I wanted to search the forum with this question -- after coming up empty on the Zorin website -- I discovered that the search doesn't work. (Neither in Chrome, nor in Firefox, all shields down.) I only get the error "Information ‘NO_SEARCH’"
Sorry, but... *tap tap* is this thing on?
