ZorinOS12, Bug Report: hanged occasionally for a short time!

Dear Zorin Team,

I have installed and using ZorinOS12 ("Zorin-OS-12-Core-64-20161120.iso")

but, so far...
I experience occasional hanging from time to time
-> it will hanged for a moment and come back to normal,
especially when I copied some text or some files and want to paste them somewhere else, then it hanged
-> happened occasionally means that some copy and paste actions are normal, but some hanged.

Hope that the Zorin Team can check this out and correct it asap.
