Ability to sync online calendar with calendar in sys tray

I just got zorin OS installed, and so far loving it.

I looked online, and there are some wonky ways of syncing google calendar (or an online Ical calendar) to the calendar in the systray.

It would be nice I just click on the calendar in the systray, and see my upcoming events, from my online calendar. I could also schedule events to my local calendar in the sys tray, and that would push back to my online calendar.

Has any thought been given to the calendaring functions in Zorin?

It started working that same day, it just took a couple of hours for everything to sync up, post install.
