Dear Victor Zorin, thank you for Zorin OS4. Out of all the Linux Distros I have tried Zorin OS4 is the only one which works on my Alienware M17X R2 notebook with the ATI 6800 GPU. It correctly charges the battery and shows the time remaining to charge and also how much time is remaining. All I had to do was install Gkrellm/ibam and away it went
