I think you have your releases wrong - LTS releases are always .04! So 11 will be out (I guess) in Summer of 16.

Speaking of Zorin 11, I was peeking around the Zorin PPA, and in the AWN panel description, it says this:

activity-log-manager (0.9.7-0zorin6) wily; urgency=low

* Updated package for Zorin OS 11

Makes me think they already started initial work on Zorin OS 11!
