I've posted the blog link for all information - which I also advised other member where to find news some weeks/months ago! ;) :D

After some checking, I see that Zorin 12 has Google integration. I wonder how folks feel about that? Generally, I have avoided anything having to do with Google. Although I have used Chromium, I would probably use something else in Zorin 12. Does the Google integration "phone home?" That would be my concern. If so, is there a way to disable it? Other than that, it looks wonderful. The map and weather apps are really cool. In fact, visually it looks stunning from what I've seen of the demos so far.

Hi, There should be some way of disabling Google as I have shown in my Tweaks Video of Zorin 10, the same for Android devices too. ;) :D

Thanks, Swaf. That's encouraging. The excitement grows. I used to feel this way about a new windows release. That stopped after Windows 7. now, with GNU/Linux, the thrill is back!

I'd like to say this is the best Zorin I've used. Nice features and
even though beta is my only O/S.

Is that 32-bit or 64-bit you have installed? Also out of curiosity, do you have an Intel based machine or AMD processor? I tried a distro once that was based on 13.10 of Ubuntu and it was heavily weighted to Intel processors (OzDiamond II-B - possibly the most beautiful distro of GNU/Linux ever released!

It's 64-bit Intel MB and NVIDIA video. Had a couple of glitches with background but updates are getting things right.
