I get an error code every time I try to install something

To preface this, I'm a Linux noob.

I have been trying to download packages all day, whenever I try to it gives me the error code "unable to fetch some archives"

I've tried putting --fix-missing at the end and I've done sudo apt-get update but it just aborts the install.

What am I doing wrong? :|

Hi, and welcome! Please go to Menu | System Tools | Software Updater - when it starts running, click on 'Stop' - once it has settled, select the 'Settings' button and select the first tab 'Zorin Software' - now from the drop down menu of 'Download from' - select 'Main Server' and then retry your downloads. ;) :D
