What should I get?

Should I get the 64 bit Ultimate Core or 64bit lite version? Which one is better for my specs and be quick I have tried the 64bit core free version and it’s fast but what will be the best option overall?

My computer is a Mac Mini core 2 duo 2.0ghz
Nvidia GeForce 9400M
128gb Intel SSD
4gb DDR3 Ram

There is no Ultimate Core - just Core, then Ultimate. If speed is what you are after then I suggest Lite. But first try it in live mode to see if it glitches the same way your experience of Core does.
