So, I own an Acer GN246HL-C and the sucker is 144 Hz. Zorin currently has no option besides xrandr -r 144 to change the refresh rate to 144 and that's only temporary. Restarting the computer then eliminates the settings and resets back to default. I've seen tutorials on how to make custom xrandr configs and boot them up automatically but I feel only comfortable when I'm certain I made the change manually so that when the computer boots, the refresh rate is automatically loaded in by default. If anyone knows a different way to make the refresh rate 144 Hz without xrandr, please let me know, thanks!
