OK, just realised that Background plus is not present in the Ultimate package like before. However, don't despare (and even Core users can benefit from this) - Komorebi:



Obviously I can't upload moving wallpapers but here is a snippet of one provided by Komorebi - get it from here:

Only downside is that 'Home' does not want to be shown so possible conflict here. And icons cannot be moved only opened.

Komorebi is now at version 2 and video wallpapers still not working! sigh!

What wasn't clear is that you have to create a thumb nail from the video you want as moving wallpaper in the same folder. To do this I edited the video in KDEnlive and extracted a frame to create thumb.png.
