I'm really glad to have found Zorin. Although I've only taken a brief look so far I'm thinking this may be the thing to help a non-profit switch some of their machines from Windows. In fact I'm thinking of doing a promotion with a raffle where a refurbished system dual-booting XP and Zorin, with a copy of Zorin Ultimate. I'll probably wait until the non-lite version 6 comes out since it'll be based on Ubuntu Precise LTS. Excited to see how that all looks.
So I'm wondering what the premium support consists of, and hoping to hear from some who have bought a copy. The download price is more than reasonable and I think it will be a great way to get people to try linux. Thanks in advance for your input.
