Hey,

I keep getting a "report error" message through-out my use of Zorin OS Core 9. I,ve already reported the error several times and want it to go away and stop notifying me. I notice no difference in the experience using Zorin. Thanks in Advance!

From Wolfman's post install guide:

"Disable Ubuntu Apport error messages

To disable the annoying Apport error message that Ubuntu has a problem and needs to contact Ubuntu, simply paste the following terminal command:

Code:
gksudo gedit /etc/default/apport

Gedit will open up and you need to change this:

# set this to 0 to disable apport, or to 1 to enable it
# you can temporarily override this with
# sudo service apport start force_start=1
enabled=1

to this:

# set this to 0 to disable apport, or to 1 to enable it
# you can temporarily override this with
# sudo service apport start force_start=1
enabled=0

All you do is replace the 1 with a 0 (Zero).

Click on "Save" and then close Gedit. (There will most likely be a second page, all you need to do is close that first and don't save it before you try and save the main document!)"
