How to get IP ban removed?

A friend posted a question about editing the Zorin boot menu on a USB Flash Drive. I read exactly what he posted. No external links, no rude comments, polite, respectful, not try to sell anything, etc. Nothing wrong, Nada. He got permanently banned with no explanation as to why. Repeated emails to the moderator get no replies.

Has anyone else encountered this? How did you get your IP ban removed? Help, anyone? :roll:

Well I don't know how your friend was able to use a spam ip address but yours is clean!

He is not a spammer. He lives in a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada.
He posted from his home in Haileybury. How can he can his IP unbanned?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Send a PM to zorink, the forum administrator - you may need to provide the username too if he can remember it.
