Ohhhhh yes it most certainly is! I have never owned a mouse that ticks the ergonomics box so much, its freaking awesome! Wireless reception performance is solid too. A little heavy as wireless mice go, due to the battery, but its packed with features. I freaking love that horizontal scroll wheel, I've already used that in the Chrome web browser, and it sure does make life easier when you don't have to click and drag, just scroll the wheel.
