Installing Zorin OS on NUC5CPYH

Dear Sir and Madam,

i cannot install zorin OS on my intel NUC5CPYH, there a warning like this "Can not mount /dev/loop1 on /cow".
what should i do..?

i use Zorin 9 lite and sardu as media to usb boot.
