error while clean installing

I tried to install zorin 9 core but got this error

the 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /targed/. without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot

. after removing all partition so i got a clean install i still got the same error. If anyone knows how to help i would appreciate it thank you

Is Zorin only going to be the only Operating System on your machine? Did it have Windows 8/10 on it? If so the motherboard/BIOS might be expecting an EFI key which Zorin 9 Core does not have - you may have to use 'Rufus' to get it working:
