zorin os 11 no sound

After newly install zorin os 11 .... sound does not work.
my laptop: HP ProBook 470
my sound card: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
Please can someone help me on how to fix this problem.

Hi, Zorin usually uses 'Pulse Audio' but it would appear HP machines may need 'Alsa' to work - Please read Wolfman's Post Install guide, particularly regarding Audio:

Please bear in mind that this is not a GNU/Linux issue - it is hardware vendors not providing GNU/Linux drivers that is at issue!
