upgrade from 15.04 to 16.04 lts

can anybody please help i have zorin 10 that is running on vivid 15.04 however the software updater tells me that it is no longer supported and asks me if i would like to upgrade to 16.04 lts when i select upgrade it downloads upgrade files and then tells me that the tool cant upgrade to 16.04 lts why is this and can i upgrade any other way.

Hi, Zorin is a fork of Ubuntu and you cannot readily upgrade to the 16.04 version - Zorin 12 as it is still being developed.
