Hello!
I' have been trying to install the latest Zorin 64 bits core from an USB to a partition of 10gb in my disk.
Everytime I got the same error, but curiously not at the same time.
Sometimes it occurs when copying files, other times when selecting the time zone, or user preferences.

I would like to know what I am doing wrong, since I downloaded the ISO file twice (in diferent directories) and checked que md5.

I just want to mention that I use Windows 7 to make everything (in another partition).
I used Rufus 2.11 to make the bootable USB in an 8gb flash drive.
I followed the same procedure and used teh same hardware that I used to install Zorin Lite 32bit (which I have been using for a week) and it never show any error.

Thank you in advance, looking forward on using the core zorin in the future ^^

Could be any number of issues. This thread is well worth a read:
