[SOLVED] Incorrect md5 checksum on Zorin 5.2 download

Hi guys,

I have downloaded the new Zorin 5.2 Core 32-bit iso both from HEAnet and NLUUG. Both downloads give the same md5 checksum, but this is different to the one given on the Zorin download page.
So, is the given checksum correct ? Are both my downloads corrupt ? :?
BTW, after writing the iso to a DVD, it seems to boot OK and runs fine.

Hi Swarfendor,

Thanks for your reply.

I had considered that the checksum had not been updated. Still, as I said, it seems so far to work OK.

The md5 checksum is: 0cc85c1171d94031283249c0beb3962e

Regards,

Phil

BTW, is it even worth installing 5.2 if 6 is due out soon ? My 5.1 setup is working beautifully.
