Copy hard drive install to usb stick

Hello - I've got Zorin 5 on my hard drive (excellent !) and I would like to copy it to a usb stick. I put a lot of work into setting it up to my liking so I would like to make a remaster of it. Is this possible with Zorin 5 ?
