Install Zorin Core

Hello, new to the group, and not an IT guy by any stretch of the imagination so I need help.
I am trying to install Zorin Core into my old Dell laptop running XP, every thing go's fine until I need to download the etcher installer at that point I get the message, web site can't provide a secure connection etcher uses an unsupported protocol ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISHMATCH.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi, you don't need etcher - by that I mean it is not a requirement. Download my unofficial manual and look for the 'rufus' link. Be sure to run Zorin in live mode before even attempting to install. In fact read the manual before starting.
