Install via PPA?

Hi all. Excited to install Zorin on my main system. Ive used Ubuntu and various flavors of linux for 13+ years now. Im currently running Ubuntu 18.04 on my home computer. Is it possible to install ZorinOS on top of my ubuntu system via PPA or other methods? Thanks!

Sadly,no.
However, you can download the ISO from
https://zorinos.com/download/

Once you have that, you can burn to disk or Unetbootin it to a USB drive.

John, something I wasn't clear about that i just re-read in your initial O.P. - I better clarify Just in Case;
You said install On Top Of: Did you mean dual boot? While not with a ppa, you can install Zorin as Dual Boot.

I suspect the OP was wanting to theme his Ubuntu like Zorin - but am happy to be stood corrected in due course!
