First, please check the boot order on your machine and ensure that the flashdrive is not plugged in when you boot up after finishing the installation.

Have you formatted flash disk first to FAT?
This is why I use unetbootin instead of balenaetcher.
Code:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gezakovacs/ppa

Code:
sudo apt-get update

Code:
sudo apt-get install unetbootin

Reformat your HDD.
I would strongly recommend that you re-download your copy of Zorin
Write the Zorin .iso to your flash disk using Unetbootin.
Boot from Flash Disk and install.

Let's hope that a corrupted installation is at fault and not a faulty HDD.

Thank you for your quick reply sir
Have you formatted flash disk first to FAT? Done.
redownloaded the iso zorin os and burn it with unetbootin burn was successful.
and after i reboot my laptop and try to boot with usb to install zorinos 15 lite says the same message

PXE-E53: No boot filename received
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM

The SSD i don't think its faulty because its freshly new bought and on that ssd i have installed the zorinos 12.04
the boot order is good 1. The SSD 2. the cdrom 3. the usb memory etc.

i even turn off the legacy usb from bios nothing happened.

Hmm... usually,-
PXE-E53: No boot filename received
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM
-means the computer is not seeing the HDD. So, it is trying to boot from Network.
I'd suggest troubleshooting from that point.
You point out that you checked the boot order.
But you might check that you have disabled boot from USB and boot from network, just to be sure.
I would check that it boots up normally and fine with Zorin 12 partition to check the SSD for any errors or corruption.
You may try Grub Repair

OK... You are saying that you are trying to boot from USB for Live Zorin.
NOT that you have installed Zorin 15 and now it will not boot- do I understand this correctly, now?

I did a search and a thread I found suggested that the problem may be in how BIOS is recognizing the USB.
The suggested solution was
go to Bios Boot Menu...
Search for ' USB Mass Storage Emulation type'
Default:<Auto>
Change it to:<All Fixed Disc>
https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1042487
Old thread. I am not in a position to test that at the moment.

Yes The usb i want to boot is a live zorin 15 so i can install it on the zorin 12 that currently the laptop has.
No i did not have installed zorin 15 i want to install it now that's why i burn the usb zorin 15 so i can install it because the laptop now have zorin 12 and i want to install 15.
My Laptop is Toshiba Satellite l300-1d4 i will try to find those options tomorrow when i go to work but i i don't recall seeing those options on the bios menu and i will let you know thank you so much for your time sir.

btw i have the InsydeH2O bios.

I never saw those options, either. But in that thread, plenty of people cheered for the suggestion.
Honestly, I rarely use USB to install an O.S. I burn a disk. It almost never fails while USB installs are notorious.
