Dual Install help. ext4 file syst create failed

Hi,

I have an old PC with Linux on a partition and I think there maybe a Win 10 one too.

I want to install Zorin and in the install it came to creating a partition and failed,. Guess it ran out of space, correct?

I am stuck where it asked about where I was with the panel that says..

The ext4 file system creation in partition #5 of SCS19(0,0.0) (sbd) failed.


What to do now?

I do have another drive I can place in the box, so for the moment that may be the best solution.

Any suggestions please?

I decided to try the other 500GB drive so chose 'Install alongside' and the 500.1 GB drive. It is with 287GB partition for Zorin plus format and the ntfs partition is also 285GB which I can convert later for Linux.

It is installing now or at least I think it is. The little cursor ball is rotating.

The panel just came up.. Write changes to disk. I chose okay.

Does this sound okay?

EDIT: Must have been okay, as it asked where I was and is detecting File Systems and Copying files now

Well it did go as hoped and everything is installed and software all updated automatically.
Now I just need help to set up a Web server so I can serve a couple of sites to the net. I have a static IP.
I will put up a separate post about this.

My system is..
HP Compaq Tower 6000 2 Quad CPU 9650 3Ghz

3 boots.. Linux Mint 18 Sarah. (lost pwd so can't update to 19.2)
Win 10x64 1909
Zorin 15
