[RESOLVED] MAC install imac 2008

When I run the install from USB, then click on the desktop icon to install permanently on the hard drive, I am not getting an option to install alongside existing OS.

I do not know anything about installing alongside on a Mac, however I did try doing some searching. The implication being a couple needed steps are uh... needed...

In the end, it turned out to be easier than I thought. All I needed to do was create a partition on the MAC drive before starting the Zorin install. Then ran the install from USB, clicked the desktop icon to install and it detected the free space and gave me the option to install alongside MAC OS. That was the missing option before. Take-away - partition the drive to make room before following the install instructions. No other additional software needed.
