Boots to initramfs then stops

Hello:

Did a full, dual-boot fresh install beside Windows 10 of Zorin 15.1 on a Samsung R580.

After booting into Windows the first time, when I try to boot into Zorin again, the laptop boots to the <initramfs> prompt and just hangs.

Is there a cure for this?

Is fast boot still enabled on WIndows portion?
