i recently installed zorin os but i cannot install apps from the store they always say
could not get lock/var/lib/dpkg/lock fronted open(resource temporarily unavailable)

You won't be able to open the store if you are running System Update - just as in Windows - if you were updating Windows and wanted to install an app it would say "Wait until current install has completed".
