Hi you don't get USB downloads - just the iso - I've already posted an answer for this - please refrain from double-posting - continual double-posting can lead to a temporary ban - continuous bad behaviour will lead to a permanent ban!
You have been duly warned! ;)

You then use a usb creation tool of your choice, Balena Etcher (I can't stand it), Rufus, or MultiSystem - my preferred choice:

Interestingly, I experienced the opposite. Found balenaEtcher slow and unetbootin fast. That was based on Windows 7 usage of both applications. I only tried unetbootin on Linux since I've stopped using balena.

I had issues in the past with unetbootin, it might have improved. In the much earlier days of Zorin, unetbootin took half an hour before it told me the .iso wasn't supported - that is why I love Mutli-Sytem's drag and drop functionality in the creation bar - it it ain't going to run it tells you immediately. ;) :D

On Linux:
I used 64bit - https://github.com/unetbootin/unetbooti ... 64-677.bin since I'm running Zorin Core 64bit.
Then ran it. See attached screenshot. I selected ISO and used button with 3 dots on it to browse to my Zorin ISO image. Then clicked OK. My USB drive was already plugged-in. I used this USB to install on my niece's laptop, so I know it works fine.

On Windows:
This was using Windows 7 installed on my desktop, which I rarely use now, so I don't remember if the menu was the same but I'm guessing it was. I used Unetbootin on Win7 to install Zorin Core on my desktop (separate drive) and my laptop (which is all I use now). So, I know the Win version works too.

In both cases, you just browse to the Zorin Ultimate/Core/Lite image file, plug in your USB, click OK, and Unetbootin will take care of the rest.

I have never had any problems with unetbootin. It is easy to use, so I stick with it.
(You can also add persistence, i.e. "space used to preserve files over reboots" if you wish)

Unetbootin is also my Go To Tool. I have only ever had problems with BalenaEtcher. I have never tried Rufus.

For more complex work, I just use the terminal:

I use balena etcher cause it's simple and is working for me.
