Hi,

I installed Zorin OS on a Macbook Pro (2015 early) on external drive (I have osx on the internal drive).
I selected manual the partioning and set /boot, root, swap and /home partiotions. I set the "install the bootloader+ onto the boot partition but it didn't work. When I restarted I've got this screen:

I deleted with this guide (https://askubuntu.com/questions/1150814 ... -partition) but I still don't know how to install properly the system so I can choose which one to choose.

Can you help me why the bootloader isn't installed where I want it and always takes it next to Apple boot?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info.

I try to install rEFInd but I'm a little afraid. Will I be able to uninstall it and restore the original version? (where the osx loads simple).

Didnt tried this. I installed refind yesterday from zorin software store on friends mac cause zorin bootloader sometimes doesn't show. So he can boot in the os now.
