to look for a possible way it was the helpfull-ed information
i have worked to do this as a possibilty. .
And now i want to give the information , it works with the .ISO file Zorinos-Lite used as source to build the USB Boot Stick .
sorry but i have made a description about how to Do , but this is only in german.

My trying with the Version ZorinOS ultimate - no success at end of Installation coming the error information with perhaps not enoufgh memory.
I have used the same Stick Capacity for both with 64GB
But it is enough to know it is running with booting on a USB Stick and by finish all things made duroing the session are stored on this stick..
i have tried to boot and use on other Notebooks - it works on Oldies and Newest.
On my Dell XPS with Thunderbold Device it starts in 20 sec ready to work
