Printer installation

I just installed Zorin OC 6 and I really like it so far, I just have one problem and I can't seem to find any information on it. I have a Brother MFC-7360N printer. Zorin found the printer and installed the drivers (at least I think that is what it did). When I try to print everything happens as it is supposed to except no paper is fed and nothing is printed. The printer does receive some signal because it lights up. Zorin says it is printing and then says the printing is completed. The active print job shows a job for about a half a second.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem. I am new to Linux so please remember that in your response.

I followed the instructions on the link and could not install the drivers.

Here is a copy of what happened in the terminal:

pierre@pierre-T3642:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i --force-all mfc7360nlpr-2.1.0-1.i360.deb
dpkg: error processing mfc7360nlpr-2.1.0-1.i360.deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
mfc7360nlpr-2.1.0-1.i360.deb
pierre@pierre-T3642:~/Downloads$

I tried this several times and triple and quadruple checked the command

Like I said in the original post, I am new to Linux and may be doing something wrong.

This is an all in one printer, but it is wired through the USB port.
