Help with 6.1 install re: Netgear

Hi all, noob question. :shock:

Looking for alternative to Windows. Installed 6.1 which went fine with exception, I can't get my wireless usb to be recognized. It's a Netgear WNDA3100 v2 usb adaptor. Suggestions, tshoot ideas, anything else that will help welcomed. New to linux. TIA.

Just to make sure, could you please plug the netgear usb, open terminal (ctrl+alt+T) and post back the result of the following command?
lsusb
