I have an iMac 11.3, Lion is the OS. I'm trying to install Zorin OS on a partition.
I made a new partition using the disk utility, downloaded the 64-bit .iso disk image for Zorin OS, put it on a DVD, put the DVD in my iMac, and restarted, but nothing happened. I can open the DVD fine in Lion so I probably don't have a faulty DVD drive, but it won't boot from the DVD, it's just ignoring it.
Am I doing something wrong? I have a feeling I might just be missing something obvious. Please help if you can. Thanks!
