bootup problem

i am trying to boot up a fresh copy of zorin 6 i keep getting ;busy boxv18.5(ubuntu 1:1.18.5-1ubuntu4)built-inshell(ash)
enter help for a list of commands.
(initramfs)unable to find a medium containing a live file system

can someone help please this occurs with 64 and 32 bit
