how to repair application installations by Inst.DVD

I am using zorin os while using the zorin some how I have damaged some applications installations and that are not working.

I wish to know whether there is any way to repair the installations using the Installation dvd.

I have only a limited internet connectivity therefore online solutions are not possible.. pl. help..

but I didn't get much from the answer would you please describe with some details (I didn't have much expertise with linux )

the wine is corrupted and not working I like to bring it back as it was installed first (ie. using the installation dvd) like this there may be many programs please help me..

another problem I have noticed that the preview is also not seen pl see the attachment
