Hi,
you can install Zorin or any other version of Ubuntu along side Windows, there is an option in the installer to do so.
Some Windows functions may not work with Linux so I advise you to install Linux along side your current Windows installation so you have all your Windows apps available should you need them.
You can install certain apps for Windows under Linux using Wine and Playonlinux.
Take a look at our "How-To" section of the forum so you get a better idea of how to install Linux with Windows.
