[MOVED] Issues after triple-boot

I had downloaded & installed Zorin 7 Core 32bit and then I wanted to open windows 7 for some work, but when I restarted the system & pressed f12, I could not see any option of Ubutu or Windows 7, and only the Zorin GRUB options ! any way I can recover the Windows 7 & Ubuntu as there were so many saved documents, downloaded videos/softwares, and all the softwares??!!! I had installed Zorin by partitioning the disk into main partition & swap. but now there is no Ubuntu/Windows 7!!!??! URGENT HELP & REPLY REQUIRED!
