Has anybody had any success putting Zorin OS on an Advent notepad with a solid state drive . I have tried all the 6 os including a non PAE with no success . The notepad originally ran Win XP .

Hi,

try Zorin Lite 8 as Zorin 6 might be a tad too heavy for a notepad:

Be sure to format any partitions you create as 'ext2' file systems - that is why vendors of notebooks put non-journaling XP Home on! :D
